I always use the right bins, not just because it’s the rule, but because I want to help the planet. I think we should be environmentally friendly not only because the company says so, but because it’s our responsibility. We all share the same world, so we all have to take care of it. Also, I believe companies can give small rewards to help. For example, they could give gift cards to people who use bikes or public transport. This can help reduce air pollution and motivate more people to do the same. Another idea is to create a green team. In this audio, I talk about solutions to problems in work environments, focused on cooperation and communication. Monologue: Experience at work  A few months ago, at my job, we had to change the way we reported our daily tasks. Before, we just used a simple notebook, but then the manager asked us to start using a new app on our phones. At first, it was a bit confusing for everyone because not all of us were used to working with apps. Instead of complaining, I took a little time to explore the app and understand how it worked. Then I helped one of my coworkers who was having trouble using it. Thanks to that, we were able to adjust faster, and our reports became more organized. If I could change something, I think I would have asked the manager to give us a short explanation or guide before making the change. That would have made things easier from the beginning.
