Monologue: Experience at work 

A few months ago, at my job, we had to change the way we reported our daily tasks. Before, we just used a simple notebook, but then the manager asked us to start using a new app on our phones. At first, it was a bit confusing for everyone because not all of us were used to working with apps. Instead of complaining, I took a little time to explore the app and understand how it worked. Then I helped one of my coworkers who was having trouble using it. Thanks to that, we were able to adjust faster, and our reports became more organized. If I could change something, I think I would have asked the manager to give us a short explanation or guide before making the change. That would have made things easier from the beginning.
